There are a numerous number of shed kits to choose from. Inside the shed that you choose to construct you will want to place wire racks for a place to lay your meat. You may also want to hang some drying poles across the ceiling to hang some types of meat for smoking.
A smoke unit can be made out of a barrel that attaches to your cold smokehouse with a large metal pipe. You will be able to control the flow of smoke coming from your unit by installing a damper on this pipe.
